We also offer a complimentary home inspection (up to $275) to every buyer upon a successful closing. You can use your own home inspector, or choose from a list of trusted home inspectors we use on a regular basis.

Larry Coolidge has been selling real estate in the central Ohio area for over 34 years, and opened his own brokerage in 1986 in Powell, Ohio. In 1980, he received both his Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license and the GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, after attending classes at the Ohio State University. Read more.

Amber Herbster started her real estate career in 1999 by working for a national home builder (Deluxe Homes) and went on to obtain her real estate license in 2002. While with Deluxe Homes, she worked in a model selling new homes, then went on to be the selection coordinator for the builder's design center. After obtaining her real estate license, she worked for HER Real Living in Dublin for two years. While there, Amber earned a rookie sales award, and received some of the best training the industry has to offer. She then went to work for Larry Coolidge Realtors in 2004, and enjoyed the atmosphere she found with the local real estate firm. Read more.
