Jennifer Sweet possesses more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and has worked on both the sales and financial sides of the business.  After graduating from San Diego State University in 1991, Jennifer began her career in home finance in San Diego, California. In 1992, Jennifer relocated to Ohio (her home state) and was hired as Assistant Vice President of a local mortgage company in Columbus. Throughout her 12 years’ residence in Central Ohio, she has continued to work in the mortgage-lending industry. Wishing to expand her horizons, Jennifer sought and earned her Real Estate license in 2006.

Jennifer utilizes her vast knowledge of the housing market and financial climate to help her clients fill the needs of both their lifestyles and their pocketbooks.  Using her experience in mortgage lending, she helps her clients fully understand the complexities of mortgage terms as well as the overall loan process.  Knowledge of current mortgage-lending trends is essential to ensure that qualified buyers are brought to a client’s listing. This knowledge will also assist buyers in exploring and obtaining their best financing options.

Another positive attribute Jennifer can offer her clients is her personal experience with interior design.
