Larry Coolidge has been selling real estate in the central Ohio area for over 34 years, and opened his own brokerage in 1986, in Powell, Ohio.  In 1980, he received both his Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license and the GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, after attending classes at the Ohio State University. 

Over his life long career in Real Estate, Larry has been involved in residential, commercial, investment, land development, and historic restoration. In residential real estate, Larry has sold homes throughout central Ohio and was recognized by Business First in 2003 as having the second largest residential home sale at over $2.4 million dollars. In 2000, he was recognized again by Business First as being #2 for having the second largest office lease in Central Ohio for leasing over 70,000 square feet of office space in one transaction. In 1980 he sold the 55 Nationwide Blvd. in downtown Columbus during one of the slower real estate markets in central Ohio and was listed at one point as number 52 of the top RE/MAX agents in the country. He was also honored as “One of the Pros” by Busch Properties for a sale in the Busch Corporate Center in Columbus. Throughout Delaware County he has been involved in the development and sales of subdivision lots and farms. He is highly recognized for his efforts in Powell, Ohio in the renovation of many properties and the positive promotion of the history of Powell.  Most recently, Larry Coolidge was named the Vice President of the SDCRA (Southern Delaware Co. Realtors Association) for 2008.
